Duties: These people will be responsible for creating a schedule for what sporting events they wish to have and when. They must then work with the board or their own committee to obtain reservations for these events, and promote it through jumu'ah announcements, fliers, etc. The costs of these events must be determined in advance, and discussed with the board before the event.
